8/3/18: (Old) Recovering Weeks
Back in.. I guess 2012 before Josh moved in with me I got a horrible bone infection because I didnt know I had broken my finger... I never broke a bone before and it didnt hurt much so but everyone said broken bones hurt like a biiitttch...
So I had to stay for almost 2 weeks and Fiona came daily to visit.
Day One involved Needles and IVs and we all hate those..
Day 2 sulking..
3 and 4 I was hiding.. Because they wanted to prick me 24/7... Because the IV kept busting my blood vessels.. I have tiny vessels.
On Day 5 people noticed I was missing.. And that phone blew up...I didnt have a cell.. So they called the old room phone.
And About Day 7 or 8 a zombie Marathon was playing and we didnt have cable so we were both enjoying that! The nurses, not so much. So many screams from my room... From the TV.
7/20/18: Artist Vs Depression
While The Artist (Me) cant take meds for her issues... The Gaming Hubby, Josh, can... We ran out of meds while Fiona was visiting... I.. I got frustrated quite quickly.. We had plans to do things and we had chores like grass cutting... And he was just useless.. It didnt help that it was a... "Red Moon" so.. Bad combo, much anger.
Fiona gave him some of her boyfriends pills to me tll we got Josh's refilled and it was MUCH easier.

5/18/18: Men love that Winter Coat
Sal recently got a hair cut... I haven't cut anything since October. But he likes the fuzzy, even if he tries to deny it!
I will have to weed wack everything down soon though, its getting hot and my fur is horrible insulation...
5/11/18: Graceful in Bed
He sleeps ass up, I sleep all over, dogs find a spot... You wont see us on any mattress ads.. Possibly one for sleep aids.

No.. Really... You can hear it hitting the water, and he is so noisy about it! There are things to learn about someone before you marry... 1. How they are in the bathroom. 2. How they smell after and during. and 3. If they are loud and vocal about it...
3/2/18: Gaming 2 Backfire
This time Sal was playing Warframe... He was blowing through the mobs, the current suit was freaking strong and he was in the zone! But after 3 hours... boom. I don't know what happened to cause it but his gun exploded on him and killed him. He was sooooo pissed! I was laughing my arse off!

2/23/18: Gaming 1: Fatality
Its old but I found it in the sketchbook I was about to retire!!
So you see we play WoW with my father... And this one boss will control you if you get to 0% sanity... Sal (then BF) got to 0 and went and just MURDERED my fathers character! What made it worse was he got a pop up achievement saying that was his first "honorable Kill" You don't get those for killing your team mates, it was a bug.
But it was so funny because my father was set up in the next room. There was 10 seconds of silence followed by a super loud "REALLY?!" Sal was scared of my father because like most Dads (atleast in the South) he had got the threat of murder and shooting when we started dating. Years later with us now married, he still freaks and thinks my dads going to make good on that promise.
But that day.. Sal was still new to our relationship. He crawled under my desk to hide and I was just laughing my ass off... Dad did come back a few minutes later to bust his chops about "No Friendly Fire" and "Really, I'm your first kill-I'm touched." and shit like that. He still hasn't lived that down.
Good times...

I know yall LOVE my tax season post but I figured yall could use a break from that... So I figured i'd do a quick sketch of the Reality of making art... Atleast with me. But you already knew I was Gollum. :P
2/2/18 Beep, Boop, Bop, Beep
I had a LOT of work this month and after having that break, I was bushed!
Breaks rock but taking one let a LOT of work pile up and it also let me get laazzyyy. So the cure for my brain dead syndrome is more work! Haha!

1/26/18: Tax Season 3
This was often what I did all year long... But not as much time on the phone. Outside of tax season it was more of 60/35/5 but life still sucked.
And yes, I hid... When it slowed down i'd disappear for a few minutes... We didn't get "Breaks" and my lunch break was 5 minutes of scarfing down food and running mutts out. So me disappearing for 2-3 minutes every now and then to breath was perfectly fair... Especially when I needed to be chipper and happy for clients that were probably going to yell at me. Outside of tax season it wasn't as stressful so I didn't need to hide near as much though.

Fun Trivia!
I use to work with an accountant. I did alittle of eeevvveeerrryyytttthhhiiinnngg... I did payroll, copied tax returns, answered phones, dealt with clients (giving return, taking info, explaining why they had to pay taxes... No really, we had many people just assume that they were special and wouldn't have to pay because they knew someone who didn't have to pay...They make over 100k a year, had no taxes with held all yeeaarrr long... Well no fricking shit you owe close to 20 grand, you had no deductions and you have late fees for not paying in so much a quarter. That isn't my fault -.- No, no... This was a REAL conversation...If their "Friend" made near what they did and got a refund without paying in taxes then I can promise they probably weren't doing crap legally but that wasn't my rump on the line.)
Hah, but if your in the US then you know tax season sucks for you. But be nice to the preparers, especially the underlings. We take enough shit from the other thousand people. You are not the only client. And we can be vindictive... Treat us nicely, ask politely, say things like have a good day... Because if we snap, we have your personal info... Its illegal to give that out... But proving who did it aint too easy either.. -.- I never did it, but I had a handful of people that I was tempted to because of how rude they were.

Oh, if only my desk was that clean... No, really, I wish it was that clean... And oh yes, that's the only light source is that lamp! I work in a cave, surrounded by stuff, usually with a dog where my feet go... I am Gollum but my Precious isn't a ring and I'm female... But I will bite your finger off to get what I want and I often talk and act like Gollum... I will crawl around the house because the Mutts love it and it freaks Sal out... But Sal in turn acts like the Grudge lady and will run around doings the crab walk with his hair covering his face.
We are a odd, geeky couple...
Newly Weds, Day 3
I stopped trying to be sexy... Now I can get fat and be a lazy house wife, hes trapped.
No, I kid. I'm already fat and were too poor for me not to work! x.x Luckily, I get to do what I love for work!
This is my last day of vacation though... So imma enjoy it!
Daily post are ending for now and regular post will be starting Every Friday, usually in the mornings (Mornings for me in the US... If your somewhere besides the US it might be evenings... It might not even be Friday! All the same, same time every week for most part!)
